You'll be partnered with a talented designer, who knows a thing or two about making work sing. There will also be times when you'll go it alone, or team up with an equally creative body from another department (digi, engineering, product), so being friendly and adaptable are pretty important traits to have in equal measure.

The ideal candidate could be self taught or hold qualifications, that’s not the important part. What we see as being important is having a ‘can do attitude’, to think outside the box with the ability to turn ideas into reality. You see problems and challenges as creative opportunities and possess the nous to come back to the table with recommended solutions and the ability to execute them.

• You will play an invaluable role in building our brand experience across a range of touchpoints
• Create and execute campaigns and creative work that delivers cut-through and impact
• Comfortable writing across blogs, social content, web to storyboarding
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment & deliver work to a high standard
• Develop a deep knowledge of our business, including an understanding of the marketing challenges, business objectives and the role of ‘ideas’ in achieving those
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of copywriting with the ability to review the tone and copy and assess their validity
• Confidently guide and supervise the production of your ideas
• Experience across brand, digital and content marketing

• Must be passionate about our mission to change a large, stale industry
• Needs to be high-performing, hard-working and capable of breaking down complicated information & data into readily digestible and interesting content
• Thrive in a constantly evolving and changing environment
